Welcome to Paradise Valley Foot and Ankle, where we are committed to provide our patients with the highest level of care involving the lower extremity. All of our surgeons completed extensive surgical training at prestigious universities throughout the country. In addition to the treatment of immediate or chronic problems, our physicians integrate the principle of preventative care within our treatment plans to lessen the potential for future problems.

Dr. Kyle Vaughn
As founder of Paradise Valley Foot & Ankle, Dr. Kyle Vaughn is committed to delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages. Dr. Vaughn is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery as well as Reconstructive/Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Vaughn specializes in complex reconstruction of the foot and ankle, adult and pediatric flatfoot reconstruction, revision reconstructive surgery, adult and juvenile bunion correction, and management of lower extremity trauma in adults and children.
Dr. Jason Kayce
Dr. Jason Kayce is one of few Arizona surgeons to hold two distinct Board Certifications by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery as well as Reconstructive/Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. He specializes in both surgical and conservative management of the lower extremity. Dr. Kayce is skilled in sports medicine, arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery, trauma, adult and pediatric lower extremity pathology, and other deformities related to the foot and ankle. Dr. Kayce is an expert in bunion deformity correction and focuses on surgical techniques to allow immediate weightbearing post-operatively.
Dr. Sarah Ahn
Dr. Sarah Ahn is a foot and ankle surgeon who relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area to join the practice. Dr. Ahn performs a wide array of treatments with special interest in sports medicine, surgery, trauma, and diabetic lower extremity care.
Dr. Ahn completed her podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago with accreditation in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. She completed her doctorate in podiatric medicine from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago and received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts.
URGENT CARE
If you have, unfortunately, sustained a foot or ankle injury which requires medical attention, our office holds available appointments for same day evaluation. We understand Emergency Room co-pays can be expensive and wait times can be exhaustive. We offer our urgent care service to expedite your diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. If your insurance plan requires a referral to visit a medical specialist, please obtain such a referral prior to your appointment.
